Refund Policy

3-Day Limited Refund Guarantee: Refunds are eligible strictly within 3 calendar days of key issuance, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined below.
1. Scope & Purpose
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for digital license keys, subscription passes, and API access tokens purchased for the XAUMarket AI Terminal.
2. 3-Day Eligibility Window
Customers may request a full refund of their initial purchase under the following strict conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted via official Telegram support (@narketxau) within exactly 72 hours (3 calendar days) from the timestamp of original purchase.
- Total usage associated with the license key must not exceed 20 total AI analysis requests during the 3-day window.
- No prior refund has been issued to the same user or payment account.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted after 72 hours (3 calendar days) from the purchase timestamp.
- License keys where more than 20 AI analysis runs have been executed.
- Disagreements with AI signal outcomes, market losses, or individual trading results. As specified in our Terms of Service, XAUMarket AI is an experimental analytical tool and does not guarantee financial profits.
- Accounts terminated or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. key sharing, automated scraping, or reverse engineering).

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
